Personal Retreats
- Up to 7 days prior to your arrival date, your payment is refundable minus a $20 administration fee per person.
- Within 7 days to 24 hours of your arrival date, a $50 administration fee per person is retained.
- If your cancellation is received less than 24 hours before your arrival date, the rate for one day will be charged.
Yoga Teacher Training
- The cancellation and refund policy is in accordance with requirements of the Private Career Training Institutes Agency (PCTIA). Details of the policy are outlined in the Student Enrolment Contract, a copy of which may be obtained by contacting the Salt Spring Centre of Yoga office.
Karma Yoga Service & Study
- The $30 application fee is non-refundable and will be applied to program fees for accepted applicants.
- The first month of your program fee ($195) is non-refundable.
- Within one month of your arrival date, a fee of $225 is retained which includes the $30 application fee.
All Other Programs and Retreats
- Up to one month prior to your arrival date, your payment is refundable minus a $20 administration fee per person.
- Within one month and up to 7 days of your arrival date, a fee of $50 per person is retained, and the balance is held as a credit for one year.
- Within 7 days of your arrival date, a fee of $100.00 per person is retained, and the balance is held as a credit for one year.
- No refunds or credits are given if you cancel on the day of, or during a program.
- In the event that the Centre cancels a program due to insufficient registration or unforeseeable events, you will be notified 14 days prior to the start date and your fee will be refunded in full.
NOTE: Credits are transferable to another person with your written permission.
