Our heart-felt thanks to everyone who participated in their own special way to make the 35th Annual Retreat such a wonderful event! We were very pleased to see so many new and returning participants, YTT grads, SSI residents and DS/SSC staff whose energy worked together harmoniously to create a very memorable 35th Annual Family Retreat.
One of the unique features was the program for children and youth, which allowed families to attend and adds a joyful, playful element to this multi-generational retreat.
As well as the usual program offerings, some of the highlights were the well-organized and heart-felt Sri Ram Ashram presentation; the eclectic and entertaining Latte Da stage; "Objects Of Devotion" multi-media presentation; and special 35th Anniversary displays of previous retreat that included posters, photos, video montage, and as well as cake.
For many of us it was a time to reflect, renew our personal practice, share in fellowship with new and old friends--and to look forward to many more years of retreats in the future!
