We encourage clients to book treatments prior to their arrival to ensure the best availability and require a minimum of 24 hours notice to book appointments.

Yes! Gift certificates can be purchased in any dollar amount to allow the recipient to choose their own treatment or if you’d prefer, gift certificates can be purchased for specific treatments or packages to create a customized gift. Gift certificates are only valid for services and cannot be redeemed for cash.

No, however all our therapists are experienced and highly trained practitioners. We do issue a receipt that may be claimed on one’s health insurance if you carry an extended health benefit or some clients are able to use it as an income tax write off.
Yes. This pertains especially to the Swedana treatment. Please read the contraindications prior to booking an appointment. If the practitioner cannot administer the treatment due to conflict with these contraindications, 50% of the price of the service will still be billed to the client.
For any of the massage treatments we ask that you not eat at least one hour prior to the treatment and two hours prior to a Swedana treatment.
No. Depending on the treatment you choose, your head may be oiled. We will, however, provide you with a head scarf.
For any treatments involving any type of massage, we recommend showering within an hour of the treatment, to avoid re-absorption of toxins. We ask that all clients staying at the Centre to shower – and wash their hair with shampoo in the case of having their head oiled – as this helps us greatly in extending the life of our bed linens.
Swedana is a highly effective Ayurvedic treatment for detoxifying the body. However, there are several health conditions which are not compatible with this type of treatment. Please read the list of contraindications carefully before booking your appointment.
Yes, all products we use are 100% organic.
We kindly request 24 hours notice on cancelling or rescheduling appointments. If a 24-hour notice is not given, 50% of the price of the service is billed to the client. A full charge will be applied for a cancellation without notice. Cancellations can be made by calling 250-537-2792.
Full payment will be charged for late or missed appointments. Please notify us as soon as you know you will be missing your appointment by either cancelling your appointment online or phone us at 250-537-2792. To avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of the service, we require 24 hours notice.
In order to treat all of our clients and practitioners equally and fairly, we can not make exceptions to the cancellation and missed appointment policies described above. We thank you for your understanding.
