Swedana
An oiling of the entire body using traditional Ayurvedic massage techniques followed by a steam in our cedar steam cabinet. Completing this treatment, a dusting of organic barley flour and a dry brushing exfoliates and refreshes the skin. Swedana helps the process of detoxification by inducing sweat, calming the mind and alleviating muscular and joint pain. Ask about contraindications.

Shirodhara
A head, neck, shoulder and foot massage followed by a steady flow of warm sesame oil over the forehead. This treatment is deeply relaxing, soothing and rejuvenating for the nervous system; it helps relieve stress, headaches, insomnia and exhaustion.

Abhyanga
A vigorous warm oil Ayurvedic massage that stimulates the lymphatic system, moves prana (life force), relaxes muscles and deeply nurtures the entire being.

Shiro Abhyanga
Begins with a vigorous warm oil massage, followed by Shirodhara add-on.

Fragrant Flower Facial
We use 100% organic wildcrafted products. The facial begins with a lavender steam, followed by a facial scrub, facial massage and masque. This treatment includes a relaxing hand and foot massage.

Mini Facial Massage
Add this facial to services such as a massage, Abhyanga or Swedana. It includes a gentle cleansing, facial masque and moisturizing of the skin.
