Yoga Nidrā is a deeply restorative practice, perfect for the times we’re living in. The practice helps us to access our profound inner wisdom.
When we regularly take the time to cleanse the windows of our inner perception, we can see with new eyes. Our normal waking-state perception of ourselves is usually not equipped to realize how much joy exists inside of us. And joy is profoundly nourishing & healing.
Students will be guided in this ancient deep relaxation technique that helps one to enter an altered, deeper state of consciousness ~ and experience true, deep, rest.

Please note that our class on Sunday, October 13 is canceled.
As a culinary nutritionist, herbal medicine practitioner, yoga teacher & neuro-emotional coach, Julia is devoted to helping us all create positive ripple effects in the world, starting from the inside out.
She calls on her Celtic roots to incorporate ancient wisdom into modern-day life, walking the Beauty Way. Julia grew up in the heart of Ontario countryside, and she continues to have a deep intrinsic connection with Nature and her rhythms. She also offers rustic & elegant glamping nature retreats on her family farm, Wild Rose Sanctuary, and shares tea ceremony as a meditative, heart-opening practice.
Her greatest joy is in helping others to find peace, healing, and nourishment from the simple things ~ especially amidst life’s more challenging moments.
