This illuminating Eco-Yoga in Nature class begins with gentle warm-ups in the beautiful, open air Pond Dome, followed by a Walking Meditation, and Asana Flow with our feet in the cool green grass, under a Bigleaf Maple mother tree, beside the shimmering water lily pond, bathed in the refreshing breeze off the ocean.
