Quick background:

Haitham comes from a diverse background in hospitality operations, entrepreneurship, and coaching, with over a decade spent building restaurants and leading teams. Originally from the Middle East, his life and work have taken him across several countries before landing on Salt Spring Island. Given the many paths life could have taken, the odds of him ending up here feel surprisingly small, which makes the experience feel even more meaningful. At the heart of his work is a simple intention that food is one of the most universal ways people experience care, and he feels most at home in environments where good systems, good people, and good meals come together.’
