Lolly has been practising yoga for over 16 years and has been teaching for the last 4. She has personally found yoga to be the most profound support and framework for learning to stay grounded in the present moment, and she hopes to help her students find grace and ease whilst moving through challenges both on and off the mat.
Lolly’s style of classes focus on vinyasa flow and restorative styles of yoga, like yin yoga and somatic yoga. You’ll find a supportive space to explore your mind and body, deepen your practice, and have fun. Lolly’s mission is simple: to help as many people as she can to enjoy the wonderful benefits of yoga, and to make it fun and accessible for everyone.
