In her Hatha classes, she integrates asanas (physical postures) with mindful breathing to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
Focusing on a compassionate approach, Lycendre helps students cultivate both physical well-being and heightened consciousness. She completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2024 in Puerto Escondido, Mexico, at Vida Yoga Center, and has been practising yoga for over 7 years. Lycendre loves creating a safe and inclusive space for all her students.
