Willow came to Salt Spring with her family in July 2006, supposedly for a couple of months, to provide service and to experience living in community at the Centre. That quickly grew beyond a couple of months, as living on Salt Spring Island, at the Centre and in community allowed them to follow their dreams. Although they moved off-land in 2009, their children attended the Salt Spring Centre School for five years.
Willow served on the Salt Spring Centre School board for eleven years, serving in a variety of roles.
She, like many other islanders, works in various jobs. She is a bookkeeper, property manager, and office administrator.
She feels privileged to serve as Treasurer for the DSSS and to support, guide, and continue to learn from Babaji’s teachings and this wonderful community!
