Sauna Notes
- Sits 6 to 8 people comfortably.
- Cold outdoor showers adjoining the sauna.
- Towels available.
- Please bring your own drinking water.
- The fire will be lit prior to your arrival, to ensure the correct heat level at the start of your session.
Sauna Rules
- Guests must be 18 and older. Guests aged 12 and older are permitted if accompanied by an adult.
- Guests use the sauna at their own risk. Please follow common sense health and safety practices during your session (safety tips).
- Nudity is not permitted in the sauna. Please wear a bathing suit or shorts/tank top.
- Visitors are expected to follow the Centre’s guidelines during their sauna session, including no alcohol, cigarette/cannabis smoking, and illegal or non-prescription drugs.
- Quiet hours start at 9 pm. Please keep noise to a minimum during your session.
Price
60-minute sauna session: $25 / person, plus tax
(minimum 2 people)
Booking Information
- Minimum 48 hours advanced notice required for booking.
- After submitting your booking request, the Centre will contact you to set the time of day your session is to take place. The latest available start time is 8 p.m.
- Once your session has been confirmed, you will be sent an email with directions on where to find our sauna building for your session.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your session. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this time.
- The sauna may not be available for booking during peak fire season on the island. If we are forced to cancel your booking due to an official fire ban, you will receive a full refund.
- The sauna will not be available for individual bookings during Centre retreat weekends.
Sauna bookings will not be accepted when local fire bans are in effect.
