The Wild Within Nature Immersion Program:
Our program is inspired by Flow Learning and we use the elements of nature to give a unique character to each practice. This allows nature to be as present in your mind and spirit, as it will be in your body.
Your day starts with energy activation, breathwork, and gentle meditation flows. Then you will stimulate your inner fire by venturing outdoors for wild parcours, animal flow and yoga.
After savouring delicious organic food, there is time for reflection, journaling, and forest bathing. The day will wind down with yin yoga, forest bathing and sauna.
Our commitment to your growth extends beyond the immersion into the Wild Living Integration Journey. We aim to ensure you receive support to fully embody and sustain the transformative effects of your experience.

Meet the facilitators
Tahia and Damien are your guides to self-discovery and harnessing the healing power of nature. They both have interdisciplinary backgrounds, and weave multiple knowledges in their offerings.
We are committed to inspiring you, supporting your holistic well-being, and cultivating your personal growth and connection with Earth.
Tahia Devisscher is a holistic yoga teacher, animal flow instructor, and forest therapy guide with roots in classical ballet, contemporary dance, and a PhD in ecosystem science. For her classes and retreats, she crafts inclusive spaces where partakers are invited to explore, release, and connect with nature, community and themselves. Her offerings blend playful discovery, intuitive movement, and gentle flow, empowering participants to trust themselves and co-create (with nature) pathways for healing and personal growth. Tahia is deeply invested in helping people find home within their own body and through connection with nature. Her grounded approach integrates experience-based learning, life coaching, and scientific evidence she builds through her own research as an Assistant Professor in resilience and innovation.
Damien Norris is a movement practitioner and researcher specialising in natural movement and human rewilding. With a PhD (in the making) in the philosophy and pedagogy of human rewilding, he has spent over a decade studying movement’s role in nourishing human-environment connections. His international experience includes training with nature parcours communities across multiple continents and teaching ecological knowledges such as friction fire, foraging, tracking and more. His work combines academic research with practical applications to help people reconnect with their natural movement potential.

A Retreat for Rest, Clarity & Creative Renewal
Escape to Salt Spring Island for a deeply restorative four-day silent meditation retreat guided by Farhad Khan. Nestled within 69 acres of forest at the Salt Spring Centre of Yoga—one of British Columbia’s oldest and most respected retreat centres—this experience invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your inner peace.
This retreat is a sacred pause from the pace of life. A moment to unplug from the city, step away from your phone, and rest in nature’s quiet embrace. Whether you’re seeking clarity, creativity, healing, or simply time to be still, you’re welcome here.
These four days are designed to help you:
• Rest deeply and reset your nervous system
• Reconnect with creativity, intuition, and clarity
• Open space for journaling, writing, and reflection
• Explore meditation techniques you can integrate daily
• Immerse yourself in gentle movement, breathwork, and sound
• Unplug from noise and reconnect with yourself
• Experience the restorative power of silence
Silence is your invitation inward. Outside of guided sessions, meals and personal time are held in quiet to support introspection, creative thinking, and deep presence.
The Benefits of a Silent Retreat
Silence is one of the most powerful healing tools we have. In a world full of noise and constant stimulation, choosing quiet gives your mind, body, and spirit the rare opportunity to reset and return to clarity.
