Going on retreat is an invitation to come home to yourself. It’s dedicated to time to focus on your yoga practice, to move more slowly and deeply inwards without the responsibilities of everyday life consuming your awareness.
Simone’s retreat will bring together dynamic practices with long Savasana and opportunities for introspection in meditation, Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga.
Time in nature hiking and exploring the wild West Coast will complement the yoga practices, as being surrounded by the majesty of nature is another way to dive inwards towards our true selves.
