Quick background: My yoga path began as a teenager in Brazil, where dance cracked open a deeper experience of body and spirit. Movement as art unexpectedly became a profound spiritual journey – leading me to California, to the teachings of Baba Hari Dass, and eventually to years of community living, self-study, and service at Mount Madonna, SSCY’s sister community in California. I find deep nourishment in community life and spiritual practice. I consider myself a lifelong student of Yoga and Ayurveda, two sister sciences from sacred India, that continuously guide my path and my work with others. And, I am radically committed to the intersection between spirituality and business and the role of consciousness in shaping thriving spiritual communities.
Top 3 out of work interests: Nature, Music & Laughter.
Favourite thing about the Centre: Being able to give back – holding space for others on their path of healing and self-discovery, while walking my own.
