Michaël Laplante

I’m Michaël, a practitioner of yoga for over 5 years now and it would be a great blessing to share my time and knowledge with you.

Being a lifelong practitioner of meditation, I have come to realize the amazing benefits of a calm mind and a steady yoga practice.

Paradoxically, extreme sports have been a huge part of my journey and yoga has help tame the wild monkey and bring greater balance to my life.

This uniqueness is reflected in my classes, keeping the experience for my student’s fun, adventurous, light-hearted and also profound, deep, with a touch a wisdom!

I utilized a variation of poses, breathing techniques and short meditations for a wholesome experience.

Yoga can be a doorway to a healthy and balanced lifestyle. The practice of asana, (the poses), pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation enrich the quality of our experience and cleanses the body, the mind and the spirit of what doesn’t serve us anymore.
