A Traditional Vedic Ceremony of Renewal
Honouring the Teachings of Baba Hari Dass

Join us at the Salt Spring Centre of Yoga for our monthly Full Moon Yajña, a traditional fire ceremony rooted in the teachings of Baba Hari Dass. Babaji emphasized steady practice, selfless service, and inner purification—values that come alive through this timeless ritual.

A Yajña is a sacred practice that weaves together mantra, breathwork (prāṇāyāma), meditation, and ritual offerings. During the ceremony, we make 108 offerings into the fire while chanting 108 repetitions of mantra in unison. Each offering symbolizes the release of what binds us to ego, tension, and suffering, creating space for clarity and renewed intention.

Held under the illumination of the full moon, this ceremony offers:

  • A grounding experience of community and devotion

  • An opportunity to let go of old patterns and invite inner spaciousness

  • A direct connection to the spiritual practices upheld by Babaji and the Centre’s lineage

Whether you are new to fire ceremony or familiar with this tradition, you are warmly invited to participate. Come sit with us, chant with us, and experience the quiet potency of renewal, reflection, and collective practice.

All are welcome.
No prior experience is necessary.

You can also join us online via Zoom here.
