Nature and Nurture Retreat
Heal Through Yoga

Discover and connect to the stabilizing power of nature within.  Nestle into the heart of a rare forested eco-system and listen to the sound of the raven’s wings echo through silent space and into your being.  Fall into the embrace of sacred trees and connect to the ebb and flow of your sporadic thoughts as chaos in order, just as the forest floor.
Discover the power of the elements within.  Connect with the sacred fire of digestion, the cooling flow of water.  Create inner-space by releasing judgement and expanding your being-ness.  Unleash your latent capacity for peace, proficiency and joy.

Drawing from ancient yogic techniques and philosophy, grounded in tradition, the Nature and Nurture retreat is the beginning of your journey towards self-healing.
