This class is a more calisthenics approach to yoga. A faster pace than a regular yoga class with greater focus towards physical toning, muscle endurance and flexibility. A great way to stay fit and gain the mobility and strength for more advanced asanas (yoga poses).
All are welcome. Warning you may get sweaty!
