This class includes pranayama practices; warm ups that integrate mind, body and breathe connections (Triputi). Then either gentle flowing asanas, or workshopped poses to grow our practice from the inside out and gentle somatic yoga flows. This is slightly different than the Wednesday class in that we may become a bit more active, with everyone working to their own evolving mobility.
