In these classes the mysteries and day-to-day realities of the mind/psyche/emotions are given ample space to be explored within a safe and supportive group using pen, paper and voice. Participants will learn how to observe and express themselves in creative ways and with different perspectives.
Co-facilitated by Glyn (poet and personal student of Krishnamurti), Angelo (island poet, playwright and yogi) and Moss (songwriter and lover of the Mysteries), we will engage the blank page of each present moment together and respectfully encourage the ink to flow wherever it will.
