Delve into the experience of truly INHABITING yourself.
Join Shauna for a weekend retreat filled with movement, inquiry, connection, and magic at the beautiful and tranquil Salt Spring Centre of Yoga in BC, Canada. You will be nourished with delicious food prepared by Shani Cranston while embracing the land and welcoming the arrival of Spring. Delve into the experience of truly INHABITING yourself. You will be held within the 5Rhythms practice, circle, writing, and land-based ceremony, with nature guiding your journey.

About your Facilitator
Shauna has been offering dance events since 2006, began teaching the 5Rhythms movement practice in 2011, and has been a resident Ecstatic Dance DJ with Dance Temple since 2013.
In 2019, she founded Dance Your Ability Therapeutic Movement Foundation, a non-profit organization with a vision of a world where everyone has access to experience joy and freedom in their bodies with their own unique dance, while being a part of the group: unique & unified, providing inclusive, outreach based movement & dance programs for all abilities & ages. And in, 2020, she began working virtually and outdoors. She continues to offer online events and is thrilled to still be inviting dancers out into the wild embrace of nature.

Transition to Spring with a nourishing four day / three night yoga retreat at the Salt Spring Centre of Yoga on beautiful Salt Spring Island, British Columbia, Canada. Enjoy yoga classes suitable for all levels and bodies, vegetarian meals, and time to immerse yourself in the beauty of spring as it unfolds on the island. A wonderful opportunity to renew and rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit.
This special retreat will include daily workshops and experiential practices to learn about the traditional Eight-Limbed Path of Yoga:
- Lifestyle Yoga (Yamas & Niyamas)
- Breathing Exercises (Pranayama)
- Yoga Postures (Asana)
- Meditative Practices (Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi)
About Your Facilitator
Agi Mallory (E-RYT 500, YACEP, C-IAYT) is a Victoria-based Yoga Teacher, certified Yoga Therapist and Trainer. She brings a compassionate and gentle approach to teaching, meeting students where they are at, and nurturing gentle transformation through supported practice. She approaches teaching with a sense of openness, compassion, and curiosity, and as an opportunity to learn both with and from her students. Agi specializes in offering therapeutic yoga to the 50+ population, including weekly classes, workshops, private yoga therapy and retreats.
