Welcome to this 8-week meditation series where we explore the inner voice and the
power of thought by focusing on mantra. Mantra is based on specific sounds and
intentions.
Repeating a mantra helps clear distracting, disconnected, and scattered thoughts and
feelings. By using mantra you develop concentration and recognize the larger context in
which all experience is occurring. We will also explore how mantra helps overcome
stress, agitation, and feeling disconnected.
There is an inherent structure to every sitting that you will come to recognize. Learn
what it feels like to ‘be’ in alignment through the power of mantra while navigating your
own internal experience.
