Service: 6:00 p.m.
We’re counting on eating outside (dress appropriately), but will move inside if the weather becomes inclement
All food served at the Centre is lacto-vegetarian.
Farm to Table Fundraiser Dinner Menu
Summer vegetable strudel composed of garden grown chard,
kale, beets, and zucchini with fresh herbs
White bean, fresh string bean, and roasted vegetable salad,
balsamic vinegar, and olive oil
Parslied basmati rice
Spiced yogurt sauce
Farm fresh blueberries and blackberries with coconut lavender
sauce
