Please join us on Wednesday, December 21 for a Solstice celebration.
To honour the shortest day of the year, and in preparation for the coming light, there will be a free yin yoga class offered at 4:30 pm in the Satsang Room at the Salt Spring Centre of Yoga.
Prior to the yin yoga class, each of us will get to light a candle in honour of a departed loved one. The lighted candles will remain burning during our yoga class. Live music will be played throughout our class with local artists Simon Millerd on trumpet and keyboards and Todd Barisky on guitar and bass.
