This peaceful “Mindfulness in Nature” Eco-Yoga Class begins with mindful breathing, and a calming stretch and strengthen practice in the beautiful, open air Pond Dome, followed by a Walking Meditation in the green grass by the shimmering lily pond, beneath the shade of the Big-leaf Maple mother tree, ending with restorative relaxation in the Pond Dome, listening to the song birds and feeling the cool ocean breeze on your skin. Concentration is on your breath, cultivating peace-of-mind.
