Slow flow yoga is a breath-based, mindful movement practice that brings us home in the present moment. A flow that invites us to move with more attention and intention, learning how to balance strength, receptivity and fluidity while we cultivate an intimate and dynamic relationship with our breath, opening up to more life energy. Various tools from the yoga tradition are integrated in each session (mudras, mantras, pranayama, meditation, and relaxation technique) The practice allows a sense of harmony to emerge, connecting us more deeply to our inner being and the world around us.
Her very first encounter with yoga deeply touched her heart, and she knew then that this practice would become an integral part of her life. Subsequently, she had the opportunity to explore the yogic lifestyle during travels to Australia and New Zealand within Satyananda yoga centers. In 2014, she completed teacher training in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga at Yoga Sangha center in Montréal under the guidance of Sylvie Tremblay, a mentor with whom she continues to evolve to this day.
She enjoys offering sessions that balance energizing and relaxing the body, mind, and heart integrating all aspects of yoga. Her mission is to share her love for the yogic way of life.
