This class will focus on passive stretches and gentle strengthening exercises that target different areas of the body that could be restricted during movement. The goal is to increase mobility and capacity in order to improve your day-to-day activities — from practicing yoga asanas to becoming more coordinated while dancing and more!
Beginner level. No experience necessary.
Suggested stretches and exercises will be adaptable to everyone’s capacities.
Schedule:
Tuesdays from 9:30 to 10:30 am
September 13 to October 18 (no class on October 11)
