Meet the facilitators:

Sarada Jagannath
Raised in the Ayurvedic tradition, Sarada’s journey is deeply rooted in her grandfather’s teachings. As a yoga teacher and Ayurvedic Wellness practitioner, with a Master’s degree in counseling psychology and social work, she blends ancient wisdom with modern insights. Sarada’s expertise in Ayurvedic practices and Vedanta, coupled with her extensive experience offering workshops globally, brings a profound depth to this retreat. She is also a co-owner of MĀ Yoga and Wellness.

Maria Marquez (co-facilitator)
Experienced dietitian and Yoga instructor from Brazil, Maria Marquez integrates Functional Nutrition, Ayurveda, Hatha, and Restorative Yoga into her holistic wellness practice. Viewing life as a spiritual journey, she has devoted recent years to studying Vedanta. Maria’s passion for dance led her to become a “Dance Your Ability” facilitator, using movement as a tool for self-discovery and healing. With training in the “4 Pillars of Health” framework, Maria is committed to empowering individuals and fostering community well-being through her comprehensive approach to wellness.
