About the Program

The Salt Spring Centre‘s Yoga Intensive is the perfect program for both enthusiasts looking to deepen their understanding of yoga and seasoned teachers seeking a refresh.

With its intensive format spanning four days, participants can expect a program offered by seasoned instructors with a thorough exploration of various aspects of yoga practice — workshops that delve into areas like those found in a robust yoga teacher training program, but without the practicum.

While this is not a teacher training program, we will utilize some teaching methodology to help you gain valuable insights and boost your knowledge.
