Lost amidst your thoughts?
In this six-week series, we will learn how to navigate our way amidst thoughts during meditation. Many people think they can’t meditate or that their meditation is not happening correctly because thoughts keep coming.
Come explore and experience how you can be with your thinking, images and emotions that come unbidden during meditation and still remain free. You will learn how to discern what types of thoughts are helpful in meditation and what to do with those that are not.
We will also use body awareness techniques including scanning, guided imagery, breath and sound as you move towards the centre of your being where inner peace and self-acceptance naturally reside.
As you continue with meditation, you will develop greater perspective, self-confidence, and an appreciation of your connections with all life, including your thoughts.
