This class begins with Sam, leading us in a 20 minute guided meditation that focuses on your “peace-of-mind and peace-of-heart,” “calm stillness”—allowing you to free-flow with balanced emotional awareness, uplifting our spirituality, followed by a 40 minute “Mellow Yoga” stretch and strengthen class, led by Cara, to practice cultivating a tranquil mind, and strength-of-spirit. Concentration is on your breath; allowing for a deep introspective class, restoring vibrant, healing energy to the body. Suitable for all levels.
