“Sacred Sunday Yoga” is an illuminating, Hatha Yoga class to help cultivate peace-of-mind in a changing world. Beginning with an inspirational Guided Meditation by Sam Graci, followed by some strengthen and stretch warm-ups, then moving into standing Hatha Yoga Flow, and ending with Restorative Savasana relaxation with cushions, and blankets in the warm, cozy Garden House. Cara plays the soothing Native American Flute during Savasana Relaxation.
