Stabilize your nervous system with this gentle Himalayan Yoga practice. Find greater ease and calm at the end of the day by practicing breathwork (Pranayamas), gentle energetic movements (Kundalini Kriyas from the Tantric tradition), gentle body movements (Asanas), sound (Mantras), and meditation.
This class is open to all bodies, regardless of their degree of flexibility and previous yoga experience.
