Slow down the pace of life, draw your focus inward and explore your range of motion during an hour of Yoga Practice set to gentle music.
A safe space for all – beginners, advanced Yoga practitioners and everyone in between. A gentle asana practice where you will be encouraged to modify poses and use props while focusing on alignment, breath, and balance.
Each week we will focus on poses that can help to unblock Chakras and regulate the nervous system so that energy can move freely throughout the body.
