Recipe: Gluten-Free Flour

We have retreat guests and community members who require a gluten-free (GF) diet. To take care of them we love this GF flour mix for muffins, desserts and all GF needs. Use it as you would use any all-purpose or pastry flour.

Ingredients 5 cups 10 cups 15 cups 20 cups
 Rice Flour 3.5 cup 7 cup 10.5 cup 14 cup or 2212g
Arrowroot* 1 cup 2 cup 3 cup 4 cup or 512g
Tapioca ½ cup 1 cup 1½ cup 2 cup or 244g
Xanthan Gum 2 Tsp 4 Tsp 6 Tsp 8 Tsp or 7.39g

*Can substitute cornstarch
